We developed a bioinformatics analysis platform with Shanghai Novelbio ltd. The platform has a nice GUI and is easy to use. The platform consists of three main modules.

1 High-throughput sequencing module

 Re-sequencing, ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq, DGE, Variation…

2 Microarray analysis module

Normalization, Differential expressed gene selection, PCA analysis, ANOVA analysis, Clustering

3 Local Databases

GO database, Gene accession/ID mapping database, KEGG/Pathway database

The Plant Male Reproduction Database (PMRD) is a comprehensive resource for browsing and retrieving knowledge about genes and mutants related to plant male reproduction. The database provides curated annotations and the genomic information, including gene full names, gene symbols, locations, sequences, gene function summaries, results of gene expression assays, mutant phenotypes, male sterility categories, and related publications.

GMO Detection Method Database (GMDD) is one part of Shanghai GMO platform, our platform mainly engages in the detection of GMOs, and it provides the following services.1,GMO Detection Method Database; 2,GMO Detection Services.

GRS is able to process the genome sequence data without the requirement of reference SNPs and other variants. In addition, GRS can automatically re-build the individual genome sequence data using the reference genome sequence.

ANAP (Arabidopsis Network Analysis Pipeline), which serves to effectively integrate the different data sets and maximize access to available data. ANAP has been developed for Arabidopsis protein interaction integration and network-based study to facilitate functional protein network analysis.

proAP, Protein Allergenicity Prediction, is a web-based database of allergenic proteins, providing bioinformatics tools to determine cross-reactivities between potential allergens and known allergens.
