Guide to Participants
Invited Speakers:
Accommodation: Manhattan hotel Shanghai, 900 Heqin Road, Shanghai (http://www.manhattanshotel.com/, 曼哈顿酒店（上海闵行店）鹤庆路900）。
Transportation: In the morning, the shuttle bus will leave hotel in front of the lobby at 8 o'clock, and return the hotel for dinner after symposium.
Conference meals: Breakfast: Provided by the hotels. Lunch: Provided by conference at the Campus Coffee. Dinner: Provided by conference near the hotel.
Speakers’ preparation: Please upload your PPT at least half a day before your presentation at the registration desk or onsite of the conference. We strongly recommend you to use our computer for presentation. If you have to use your own computer, please come to test the adaptability of your computer to the conference screen half a day before your presentation. Please arrive at the conference hall 10 minutes before your session begins.
Other Participants:
Transportation: In the morning, the shuttle bus will stop in the main gate (800 Dongchuan Road) and leave at 8:10, and send all the participants to the main gate in the afternoon after symposium or lectures.
Conference meals: Lunch: Provided by conference at the canteen 2.
Others Information:
Personal safety: Please keep your passport and the valuables in a safe place. Be aware of pickpockets in the crowds. If you lose your passport, contact the local police and the embassy of your country.
First Aid and Medical Service: The telephone number of the first aid is 120. Hospitals in Shanghai are staffed with English speaking physicians.
