Professor Chen Jianghua: Deputy Director of Academic Committee and assistant director of Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2014, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) 100 talents program supported the selection of A-type talents; in 2015, Yunnan Province introduced overseas high-level talents; and in 2016, young backbone members of CAS molecular plant Excellence Center. Professor Chen Jianghua graduated from Wuhan University and Shanghai Institute of plant physiology and ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2000 and 2006, and obtained bachelor's degree and doctor's degree successively. After that, he carried out postdoctoral research in the noble Research Institute of the United States, returned to work in Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2013, and continued to engage in molecular mechanism research of plant compound leaf development.
Professor Chen Jianghua has successively presided over more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, such as the leading class A and class B projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National Natural Science Foundation Yunnan Joint Fund (key projects), the class a project of the 100 person program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has made a series of original research achievements in the leaf research of legumes. Many SCI papers have been published in nature plants, nature communication, PNAs, new Phytologist and other mainstream journals.
